Here's the story of why I'm riding across america

Hello, I’m Dave Nowlan. I cycled from Encinitas, Calif., to Cape Cod, Mass. from April 22 through May 28, 2012 in an effort to raise awareness of Multiple Sclerosis (MS), and to help fund research for a cure. My wife, Claire, and daughter, Julia, both have MS. I broke my back in a sledding accident almost three years ago; I’m the luckiest guy in the world to have recovered without being paralyzed and was able to ride this long cross continent adventure. Presentation and Raffle at Cape Cod Rehab

Eric Chandler of Cape Cod Rehab's FitPlan health club was instrumental in organizing a presentation that Dave Nowlan delivered at Caper Cod Rehab's Hyannis location last night.  This presentation included information about Multiple Sclerosis, Dave's training, his planned route and goals for the Cross country ride.

Eric, and many of Cape Cods Rehab's staff also have been managing a raffle to raise money to help sponsor this ride across America.  Many thanks to Eric for his dedication, ideas, and cooperation  to ensure these events are a great success.

Thanks to all at Cape Cod Rehab for your support!
